Two people were killed when a man drove his car into a restaurant patio on September 1. A group of medical workers were having dinner. Two were killed and four more were injured, police reported.
Footage from nearby surveillance cameras show a man driving into the outdoor patio space of the Park Tavern restaurant in St. Louis Park, west of Minneapolis. The vehicle is shown coming into the parking lot, trying to park and then driving into the outdoor patio. The driver was arrested at the scene and charged with vehicular homicide.
