Analogic Rolled Out 1,000th Security System

Analogic announced the rollout of their 1,000th ConneCTCheckpoint Security System and says they have hundreds of additional orders in queue. Analogic says the ConneCT is their “cutting-edge aviation security Checkpoint CT explosive detection system (EDS), designed to deliver superior threat detection, significantly improve passenger throughput and reduce total cost of ownership.”

Analogic says this system allows passengers to leave liquids and electronic devices in their bags, making the security process smoother and more efficient.

“This is a major milestone for Analogic Corporation,” said Tom Ripp, chief executive officer. “I thank our dedicated team and partners for making this achievement possible. Together, we are enhancing security and transforming the travel experience. We are proud to help TSA, CATSA, and international customers keep our skies safe.”

Analogic also unveiled SeleCT system for hold baggage earlier in 2024. Leveraging the advanced platform of the ConneCT, the SeleCT is being demonstrated in the U.S. and internationally with EU and TSA certifications forthcoming.
