ASSA ABLOY acquired Wallace & Wallace and Wallace Perimeter Security, a Canadian manufacturer, distributor and installer of perimeter fencing, door and gate solutions for commercial and residential markets.
Founded in 1946 and headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, the company operates through two primary business segments, manufactures, distributes, and installs high-quality fencing and overhead door products fencing and overhead doors; and specializes in manufacturing and distributing bifold gates, sliding gates, pedestrian gates and welded wire fencing.
