The enhanced integration supports Genetec™ Security Center version 5.13.2.0 and enables operators to view classification bounding boxes over live video, receive PureActiv® alarms and manage those alarms within their existing Genetec™ workflows. The integration delivers alarm descriptions, associated camera information and bounding box metadata from PureActiv® to Genetec™ Security Center. Bounding boxes visually highlight detected and classified targets in real time, giving operators instant, unambiguous visual confirmation of the target that triggered an alarm and the ability to assess activity within the camera view.
PureActiv® alarms can be distributed and managed using the alarm-handling capabilities available within Genetec™ Security Center. This allows organizations to bring PureActiv®’s most accurate, lowest-nuisance-alarm detection directly into the environment their security teams already use for monitoring and response—no new consoles and no new training.
In addition to analytics-related alarms, the integration delivers system health status alarms, including video loss, lost computer communications and analytics hindered.
