The company announced that Niclas Gustafsson has been appointed Group CEO. Gustafsson will oversee company-wide strategy, investor relations, and long-term business development, with a strong focus on accelerating growth across regions through sales and marketing leadership.
We are equally proud to reaffirm that Stephen Cooper will continue as CEO of Apstec Systems. Cooper plays a central role and will remain fully focused on driving the operational business and delivering on customer commitments. His deep industry experience and operational leadership remain vital to Apstec’s daily execution and continued excellence, the company says.

Gustafsson has had a long and distinguished career in the security industry, most recently, he served as vice president sales at Apstec Systems and prior to that held senior roles at companies such as G4S, MilSec, Stanley Security and Securitas Technology. Gustafsson began his career in airport security, where he held various senior positions, before moving into leadership roles within security services and advanced security technology systems.
