Wire and cable distributor WireMasters announced that it has been formally authorized to distribute Marmon shipboard cable products. The authorization is global and represents a strategic expansion of WireMasters’ marine and naval product offering. This authorization enables WireMasters to bring its proven Aerospace & Defense grade service, inventory planning discipline, and program lifecycle support to the Shipboard market.
Shipboard cables play a critical role across naval and marine vessels throughout their lifecycle, including new construction, maintenance, repair, and modernization. Authorization within this market is an important indicator of supply-chain legitimacy and long-term support. “This authorization reflects years of collaboration and pursuit,” said Clint Mendinsky, vice president of global sales and product management at WireMasters. “It allows us to formally enter the shipboard cable market as an authorized distribution channel and to provide customers with our service driven managed inventory solutions with the predictability, responsiveness, and support we are known for.”
